Driver's age: For categories the driver must be of minimum age of 25 years old.
Driving License: The driver must hold a driving license or international driving license for the respective 125cc category. The driving license must be valid and issued by the renter's country of residence at least a year before the date of rental.
Rental duration: Minimum rental duration is one day (48 hours).
Insurances: All rental prices include third party liability insurance. The renter is responsible for any damage or theft (in part or in whole) caused to the rented motorcycle up to the amount of its commercial value at the time of the accident/ theft. The renter must pay the amount corresponding to the Notos Rent motorcycle's damage as soon as it is estimated by a repair shop in Paros, irrespective of whether the driver is at fault and the amount paid shall be reimbursed if and when Notos rent is compensated.
Theft protection: Applicable with extra charge for all categories
The motorcycles are equipped with handlebar lock.
ATTENTION: The above mentioned insurance protection does NOT apply in the following cases:
In any kind of incident for which it is attested that the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
For damages that are caused by driving on unpaved roads.
For damages caused underneath the motorcycle, to the tires and rims.
For accidents caused by a driver who is not declared in the rental contract.
In case of accidents for which the renter has not informed the station of Notos Rent nor has he submitted the relevant accident declaration, as required by Greek law. Regardless if he/she is responsible or not, the sums related to the damage or loss of the motorcycle are paid directly by the renter even if he/ she is covered by a credit/debit card insurance. In such case, the renter is obliged to pay to Notos Rent the entire cost of repair or replacement of the motorcycle.
Fuel: The cost of fuel is entirely borne by the renter. The renter must return the motorcycle with the fuel tank filled at the same level as it was at the time of the rental. Otherwise, he/she shall be charged with the cost of the consumed fuel. The renter is obliged to follow the technical specifications of the motorcycle he/she has rented and to refill each time the fuel-tank with the type of fuel required.
Roadside assistance: Free 24h roadside assistance in Paros. The cost for tires rims and spokes of the motorcycle are to be borne by the renter.
Guarantee: H the guarantee threshold is €200 in cash or by credit card. For all categories the rental is only possible with credit card guarantee.
Payment method: The rental of the motorcycle is paid or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Delivery-Collection: Every delivery and collection can only take place at our station within working hours. Delivery and collection that is to be carried out not within working hours and during official holidays is only possible upon consultation. For motorcycles not collected from our station there must be a prior agreement and the renter shall bear an extra charge.
Reservations: To make a motorcycle reservation, an advance payment equal to 20% of the rental sum is required,or by credit card.
Cancellations: In case the reservation is canceled, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Traffic Violations – Fines: All fines and administrative penalties shall be borne by the renter.
Kilometers:the kilometers are unlimited.
Helmet: Luggage carrier is also provided to the renter, free of charge depending on availability.
Taxes: All prices are subject to the VAT as designated by the state.

In specific cases, Notos Rent reserves the right to replace any type of motorcycle with a type of the same or Superior category.
Carrying the motorcycle outside of Paros is strictly forbidden.
